Michelle did an EXCELLENT job for us. Was always available. Was very thorough. Did great negotiations (with a difficult buyer). Kept me advised of everything that I needed to do. She got us our buyer within 1 month of listing the property, closed in 3 months (but that was due to a difficult buyer),negotiated and thought "outside the box".
We previously had this property listed with a differeny broker for over 9 months. Michelle did more in two weeks than the other broker did in the full 9 months.
Michelle was GREAT.
